True or False? Kitsap County can demand that you destroy your house.....TRUE

Believe it or not, Kitsap County's Department of Community Development (DCD) has the power to demand that you destroy your house. Whenever the County changes zoning regulations, they give themselves more power over your property. What was okay yesterday for you, may not be okay for you today.

Do you know all the zoning regulations for your property? What you don't know, could harm you.

I encourage you to add to this blog, and fill it with your zoning comments or stories. Please use this as a forum to voice your opinion, or to share a story you may have in regards to working with our County government.

First off, I want to thank everyone who has posted comments and emailed the commissioners and shown their concern. The Grahn's issue with the county isn't just their issue, it's all of ours.
